Senior Engineering Manager Digital Products

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for experience leading digital product or engineering teams in a customer-facing environment.
• We need proven experience shipping greenfield digital products into production.
• We require a strong background working within modern Microsoft cloud environments.
• We are seeking hands-on experience with Azure, Entra, AKS, and Azure DevOps.
• We need strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• We require direct line management experience, including coaching and performance management.
• We are looking for a background delivering B2C, consumer-grade, or product-led applications.
• Experience working within regulated environments such as healthcare, finance, or pharma would be highly beneficial.
• Experience in consumer health or healthtech would be desirable.
• Experience scaling digital products and delivery teams would be advantageous.
• Exposure to modern frontend and cloud-native engineering environments would be beneficial.
• Experience working alongside UX/UI and product teams within agile environments would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• We will ask you to lead delivery teams end-to-end across engineering and digital product delivery.
• We need you to manage and mentor engineers directly.
• You will drive delivery standards, collaboration, and technical direction.
• You will work closely with UX/UI and product stakeholders to deliver a high-quality consumer experience.
• You will manage technical dependencies and coordinate with other engineering teams.
• You will support the delivery of a greenfield product from build through to production and ongoing evolution.
• You will operate within a modern Microsoft cloud estate including Azure, Entra, AKS, and Azure DevOps.
• You will help shape the future direction of the platform from both a technical and leadership perspective.
• You will balance technical delivery with usability, scalability, and customer experience.

This is a permanent Senior Engineering Manager - Digital Products role with a salary of £80,000 plus benefits. The role is mostly remote with occasional travel to London.
