Requirements

• Active SC clearance
• Proven experience as a Business Architect in a banking or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of high-level process maps and operating models
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with technology rollout and implementation

Responsibilities

• Understand and shape high-level process maps for Mid-Market Enterprise within Commercial Banking
• Define overall strategy and roadmap for the business architecture squad
• Focus on domain and market understanding rather than detailed process design
• Collaborate with team members to define future-state operating model
• Contribute to the technology rollout planned for next year
• Make a real impact in a challenging banking environment
