Salary: £27,300 - 29,950 per year

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading data workstreams on multiple Workday implementations
• Strong technical background in data migration and technical data roles
• Experience extracting and transforming HR and Payroll data from legacy systems
• Expertise in data mapping for migration
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in ETL processes
• Excellent understanding of Workday data structures
• Ability to work effectively with non-technical and senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead data workstreams across the Workday implementation
• Oversee data migration activities, ensuring ownership of tasks
• Extract data from legacy systems and perform cleansing, transformation, mapping, and loading into Workday
• Collaborate with various teams to facilitate data integrity and accuracy
• Support stakeholders with data-related queries and issues
