[Remote] Customer Success Manager - 100% Remote

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships post-sale, ensuring a positive onboarding experience, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for our customersWork closely with the Sales team to smoothly onboard new customers to the Ingage SuiteManage the onboarding curriculum and provide regular feedback to leadership on improvement recommendationsManage the Customer Success Hubspot processManage all email and phone communication with customers including calling customersProactively identify and engage with customers based on their custom healthReport on customer health and align with Sales on up-sell opportunitiesServe as a backup for our Support lead as neededEscalate customer bugs and feature requests, working closely the product team to influence upcoming releasesBe knowledgeable of release schedules and release contentOrganize, write and deploy newsletters and product release emails to customersOwn the product knowledge baseRecognize and confirm opportunities for customer testimonials and references Skills 2+ years of experience in a similar customer facing role in Customer Success and/or Account ManagementExcellent writing and verbal communication skillsStrong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growthUnderstanding of software and technology with an eye towards benefits to end usersAnalytical and process-oriented mindsetExcellent organizational and time-management skills to coordinate across teamsFlexibility and comfort in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing business needsWillingness to take direction and feedbackExperience with Hubspot and JIRAPrevious experience with SaaS based solutions Company Overview Ingage offers a suite of tools that help sales teams create, share, and measure the effectiveness of marketing content to close more deals.
