Optimizely Developer

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience as a developer working with the Optimizely platform
• Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS
• Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMP
• Experience contributing to website development or digital platform delivery projects
• Ability to join an in-flight project and become effective quickly
• Ability to work independently and show initiative with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within remote delivery teams
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• CSS skills and front-end styling capability
• Broader CMS experience and familiarity with digital content management
• Background in development roles within digital or web-focused projects
• Experience within asset management is beneficial
• Experience within financial services is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of a new website using the Optimizely platform
• Work across Optimizely CMS and Optimizely CMP to configure, develop and enhance platform capabilities
• Contribute to the development of website components and content management functionality
• Implement improvements to the platform to support evolving business and user needs
• Collaborate closely with the wider project team to deliver assigned development tasks within agreed timescales
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving build issues or platform-related problems
• Support the project through build, testing, launch preparation and post-launch hypercare as required
• Operate with a proactive approach, working with minimal supervision in a live project environment
• Take ownership of technical tasks and contribute positively within a fast-paced delivery environment
• Communicate effectively with remote team members to ensure smooth coordination and delivery
