Integration Architect / Engineer

Salary: £117,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for significant Integration Architect experience
• We require strong experience working with TIE (Trust Integration Engine Cloverleaf)
• We require proven experience with HL7 and FHIR integration standards
• We require strong healthcare messaging and interoperability experience
• We require experience integrating clinical systems within NHS or healthcare environments
• Knowledge of Oracle Health EPR (Cerner Millennium) would be highly beneficial
• Experience supporting or delivering Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) integrations would be advantageous
• We require a strong understanding of API integrations, middleware technologies, and enterprise integration patterns

Responsibilities

• We will deliver enterprise-wide integration solutions supporting core healthcare applications and next-generation digital healthcare technologies
• We will work closely with clinical, technical, and operational teams to support critical integration and digital transformation projects
• We will ensure the delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable integration services across our clinical systems environment
• We will support the ongoing integration of Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) solutions with Oracle Health EPR (Cerner Millennium)
• We will help enhance clinical documentation and clinician workflows through effective integration design and delivery

We are an inclusive and collaborative company supporting a leading NHS Trust in London on a hybrid contract basis, with a mix of on-site and remote working. This is an outside IR35 contract paying £450.00 to £500.00 per day. Our Digital and Integration Services Team is focused on delivering secure, reliable, and scalable integration services across our clinical systems environment. We have been using Cerner EPR since 2008 and continue to invest heavily in digital transformation initiatives to improve patient care and operational efficiency across all our operational sites in London.
