Salary: £44,000 - 73,000 per year

Requirements

• We need current, production-grade TypeScript fluency, with around 5 years of experience.
• We need experience across all areas of full stack development, ideally on large-scale SaaS platforms.
• We need experience developing with clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• We need experience working in a mature CI/CD environment and continuously deploying code every day.
• We need a strong general aptitude for programming and problem solving, with the ability to learn new tools and techniques quickly.
• We need excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, including the ability to work directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• We work with stakeholders on initial solution design, scoping, and system design.
• We spike areas of uncertainty in designs and build proof of concepts as required.
• We work with our Product Teams to break down work into deliverable epics and stories.
• We turn user stories into production code as a high-performing individual contributor, lead developer, and embedded architect in an Agentic AI environment.
• We ensure the quality, maintainability, and operability of our code.
• We support the product as it runs in production and resolve issues.
• We are responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation decisions for the product.
• We deploy code daily to production in AWS using our DevSecOps methodology.
• We help respond rapidly to customer requirements.
