Job Description

Salary: £27,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years in IT support preferred.
Knowledge of EPoS operations, SQL Server, Windows, networking, and remote access tools is highly desirable.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide 1st/2nd line service desk support.
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and hardware systems.
Log, manage, and resolve support tickets in line with SLAs.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and TCP/IP networking issues.
Escalate complex issues where required.
Participate in an on-call rota (once competent).
