Requirements
- We require demonstrable project management experience delivering complex projects and initiatives.
- We require a strong understanding of project risks, issues, and dependency management.
- We require experience working with project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2.
- We require hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and JIRA.
- We require strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- We require the ability to build consensus, manage expectations, and facilitate decision-making processes.
- We require strong analytical skills with experience conducting trend analysis and root cause investigations.
- We require familiarity with SLA management, incident resolution, and operational governance.
- We require experience supporting capacity planning and change management activities.
- We prefer candidates with PMP certification.
- We prefer candidates with ITIL Foundation certification.
- We require the right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- We develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- We deliver projects in line with agreed objectives, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
- We manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation and resolution strategies are in place.
- We engage with project sponsors, executives, and clients to manage expectations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- We communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- We support operational and support teams with continuous improvement initiatives and delivery governance.
- We ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated incidents in line with agreed SLAs.
- We conduct root cause analysis and trend analysis to identify operational improvements and corrective actions.
- We validate change implementation plans and support capacity planning activities.
- We produce and maintain project documentation, governance artefacts, and standard operating procedures.
- We mentor team members and support knowledge sharing across delivery teams.
- We participate in customer meetings to gather feedback and enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

We are supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Hybrid Cloud and Data delivery function. This is a remote role within the UK with potential travel to London or Manchester, offering a day rate of 350.
