Salary: £26,300 - 26,300 per year

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries via phone, email, ticketing systems or remote access tools
• Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Provide troubleshooting support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals
• Support users with operating systems, email, cloud applications and basic network issues
• Log, track and manage support tickets accurately in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
