We are hiring an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a 3-month contract in Birmingham, working in a hybrid setup that is mostly remote. We are supporting a high-impact digital transformation programme and looking for someone to help shape platform enhancements that improve customer and operational digital services. This is a hands-on role working across business and technical teams to define requirements, improve user journeys, and support delivery of new and enhanced platform capability.
