Requirements
- We are looking for a tech-savvy leader with proven experience managing knowledge systems platforms such as SharePoint, WordPress, or Sitecore.

- We need the ability to align activities with organisational priorities and relevant information and data management policies.
- We would value experience working with senior stakeholders, including board-level audiences, in strategic planning and service development.
- We are looking for someone with experience in project management and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- We will rely on you to take operational responsibility and ownership of our current knowledge systems across the organisation and our wider professional network.
- You will lead the team that owns and maintains our search platforms and document automation tools, including setting priorities, performance objectives, and project goals.
- You will work with system users and content creators to ensure our systems are effective and our content meets accessibility and user needs.
- You will manage improvements to our current systems and work with stakeholders to deliver effective outcomes and value for money.
- You will support senior stakeholders, including board-level colleagues, in shaping the future direction of our knowledge and learning systems.
- You will act as the link between Digital and Knowledge and Innovation colleagues to help embed new technologies, including AI, into our systems.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external technology experts and connect them with system users.
- You will support and engage users across the organisation, including delivering training and promoting collaborative ways of working.
- You will monitor, curate, and promote developments in technology to keep our learning content and systems aligned with current best practice.
