Change Enablement Partner

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience delivering business change or organisational change across complex programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience of impact assessments, change readiness, adoption planning and stakeholder mapping.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• The confidence to challenge constructively and build trusted relationships.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced change portfolio.
• Experience within social housing, care, care technology, NHS, local government, or higher education is particularly desirable.
• Change management qualifications such as Prosci, APMG or similar are welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change management activities across a varied portfolio of business transformation programmes.
• Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and business readiness activities.
• Support leaders to become effective sponsors of change.
• Create adoption plans, readiness assessments and change communications.
• Work closely with Programme Managers, Business Analysts and operational teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor adoption following go-live and identify where additional support is needed.
• Help build a positive culture where change is well managed and sustainable.
