Senior C++ Software Engineer

Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• We need several years of experience working with C++ and related technologies.
• Experience from a military, defence, or aviation background would be highly desirable.
• We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in hardware and low-level code.
• An aerospace interest and understanding of how hardware and software fit together would be ideal.
• Experience with Qt framework would be beneficial.
• Network programming experience is important.
• Experience with TDD, Git, Bitbucket, or Qt Creator would be an advantage.
• You should be comfortable working on either Linux or Windows.
• We are looking for a reliable, hard-working team member who communicates well and shares ideas.

Responsibilities

• We want you to help us build and expand our drone-related technology.
• You will work on hardware-focused and low-level technical problems.
• You will tackle challenging technical issues and help find robust solutions.
• You will collaborate with our team, contribute ideas, and communicate effectively.
• You will support the development of our front-end work using Qt where relevant.
