Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements

• 4+ years D365 BC and/or retail transformation experience
• Strong understanding of finance and supply chain processes
• Confident facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Interest in using AI and automation to enhance workshops and documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, blueprint, and fit-gap workshops
• Produce user journeys, data models, and configuration packs
• Configure BC/LS modules, extensions, and Power Platform components
• Deliver testing cycles, training, and readiness sessions to drive user adoption
