Support Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 42,000 per year

Requirements

• DV clearance
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Experience with Azure/Entra/AD administration
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with Endpoint Management/Intune administration
• Experience running PowerShell scripts
• Understanding of security concepts such as MFA and Conditional Access
• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite or equivalent ITSM tooling

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming tickets and provide ongoing updates on progress
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for our environments, services, and infrastructure
• Escalate complex issues to 3rd line support
• Provide desk-side and remote end user support
• Communicate incidents and maintenance events to the user community
• Respond to monitoring alerts, triage issues, and escalate where necessary
• Keep incident tickets updated and maintained
• Feed incidents into the major incident process where necessary
• Provision end user devices and onboard users
