1st Line IT Support Engineer

Salary: £26,227 - 26,227 per year

Requirements

• Recent college or university graduate in a related field
• Experience in Office 365
• Experience in the installation and setup of Windows OSs & applications (minimum 1 year)
• General understanding of basic networking including DNS & DHCP (minimum 1 year)
• Excellent knowledge of current desktop operating systems (Microsoft) (minimum 2 years)
• Excellent communication skills in fluent English
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks with a customer-focused approach
• Reliable and willing to meet customer demands
• Confident with a professional telephone manner

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line support to clients via email, phone, or remote access
• Triage incoming tickets and take appropriate actions through our ticket management system
• Perform 1st line troubleshooting with knowledge of internet, Wi-Fi, and mobile technologies
• Use, maintain, and contribute to our knowledge base for future problem-solving
• Manage site documentation to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
