• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data manipulation
• Experience working with SaaS platforms such as CRM, project management, and ticketing systems
• Quick learner who thrives in evolving workflows

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who manages time effectively in a remote environment
• Awareness of data security best practices
• SaaS experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure high data accuracy through precise data entry, validation, and cleanup across large datasets
• Work with Excel and Google Sheets to create formulas, pivot tables, and organize data efficiently
• Navigate SaaS tools commonly used by B2B startups, including CRMs, task management, and ticketing systems
• Quickly learn and adapt to client-specific processes and workflows
• Identify data discrepancies and workflow bottlenecks, and suggest improvements
• Communicate clearly with client teams, document processes, and escalate issues when needed
• Handle sensitive client data with the highest level of security and confidentiality
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and working independently
