• About the Role:
• We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Solutions Architect to join our growing team in Galway. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating closely with our on-site team. As a key member of our digital transformation journey, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative D365 CE solutions that drive business value and customer success.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
• Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Expertise in solution design, data modeling, and integration with other systems (e.g., Azure, SharePoint, ERP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 CE and/or Power Platform are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end D365 CE solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Provide strategic guidance on D365 CE capabilities, integrations, and best practices.
• Oversee solution governance, data architecture, and security models.
• Stay current with Microsoft’s roadmap and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings.
