Salary: £104,000 - 117,600 per year

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
• Solid use of Quest or BitTitan MigrationWiz
• End-to-end project involvement from discovery through to implementation
• Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills
• Deep knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams
• Experience with multi-forest Entra ID Connect and Windows device migrations

Responsibilities

• Run remote discovery workshops with client stakeholders
• Audit and assess 12 existing M365 tenants
• Design the migration approach and architecture
• Document dependencies, risks, and technical strategy
• Plan for device migration and Entra ID Connect setup

We are a Microsoft-focused consultancy seeking an M365 Migration Consultant to lead the discovery phase of a large-scale M365 tenant-to-tenant migration. This is a fully remote position with a competitive pay rate of £450/day for an initial 45-day engagement, and there is strong potential for further involvement in delivery. We prioritize collaboration and are looking for someone to help us consolidate 12 tenants into one, creating a seamless transition for our clients.
