Remote Senior Fullstack Engineer - Admin/AI

Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements

• We have 5+ years of engineering experience across frontend and backend.
• We have strong frontend capability in a modern JavaScript framework such as Vue, React, or Angular.
• We have backend development experience in Python or a similar language.
• We can build end-to-end features across UI, API, and database layers.
• We have worked closely with Product to build strong product experiences.
• We bring strong ownership and can operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• We have an interest in AI tooling, automation, and practical experimentation.
• We communicate clearly and work well with Product, Design, and engineering teammates.

Responsibilities

• We build fullstack features for our internal back office platform.
• We own features end-to-end across backend APIs and internal UIs.
• We write production code across Python backend and modern frontend technologies, primarily Vue and Tailwind.
• We work closely with Product and Design to implement high-quality internal experiences.
• We design and build APIs as part of fullstack feature delivery.
• We contribute to practical AI-enabled features and internal tooling improvements.
• We explore ways AI and automation can improve engineering workflows and team efficiency.
• We participate in code reviews and maintain a high quality bar across the codebase.
• We mentor junior engineers and contribute to raising the technical standard of the team.
