D365 CE Presales Solution Architect

Salary: £70,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong background in Dynamics 365 CE, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service
• Solid understanding of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or functional consulting within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance technical design with business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client pain points and map requirements to D365 CE capabilities
• Design scalable, secure, and commercially viable CE and Power Platform architectures
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that highlight business value and ROI
• Support RFP/RFI responses and proposal creation with clear, persuasive solution narratives
• Collaborate with sales teams to shape winning propositions and define scope boundaries
• Engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite decision-makers
• Ensure pre-sales commitments align with delivery capability and resource availability
