• Experience working in a tech-led environment (SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, platforms)
• Strong understanding of how systems, integrations and data flows work
• Ability to operate across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Confidence to challenge, influence and ask the right questions
• Natural ability to simplify complexity and bring clarity
• Background as a Senior/Lead Technical Business Analyst or Product/Delivery professional with strong systems understanding
