Job Description

Salary: £20,000 - 28,000 per year

Requirements

Ideally previous IT technical support experience gained in a busy IT environment
Knowledge of Windows PCs, server operations, and Office 365 is advantageous
Linux knowledge is a bonus
Ideally experienced across all areas of office networks
Experience working for a managed service provider is advantageous
Hard-working, with a desire to develop in a scale-up business
A natural relationship builder and good communicator
A strong problem solver

Responsibilities

Provide 1st line technical support and software support
Handle internal and external remote dial-ups
Get involved in projects as needed
Work office-based Monday to Friday during normal office hours
Participate in on-call cover one week in four, when required
