IT Helpdesk Support Engineer

Salary: £20,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in an IT services support role
• Interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
• Awareness of Internet technologies and cloud computing
• Awareness of basic Network technologies
• Knowledge of MS Windows Desktop
• Microsoft 365 and MS Office suite beneficial
• Hardware knowledge in terms of PC / laptop build and setups
• Self-motivated working style
• Flexible, lateral thinking, and adaptability to change
• Current valid UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Provide IT Support from the helpdesk and onsite at customer premises
• Engage in problem-solving and offer excellent telephone support
• Collaborate effectively with a growing team of IT professionals
• Deliver remote support as needed
• Maintain a focus on teamwork in all operations
