IT Support Officer

Salary: £33,000 - 63,000 per year

Requirements

• Previous experience in an IT service-oriented environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good level of demonstrable experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and core products such as Azure, Active Directory, and applications for Windows
• Experience with security tools including antivirus and endpoint protection solutions
• Familiarity with Apple macOS environments, including knowledge of JAMF and applications for Mac

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable support to clients
• Deliver high-quality IT support and incident response service
• Develop departmental processes, procedures, and standards
• Liaise with key stakeholders, both internal and external at all levels of the business
• Complete remote and on-site visits to resolve incidents and manage service desk requests
• Work with software deployment for Windows and Mac environments
