Salary: £38,000 - 68,000 per year

Requirements

• Deep, demonstrable experience with Sopra Banking Software (SBS)
• 10 years in Banking Architecture or Core Engineering
• Proven experience managing full-lifecycle delivery in regulated financial environments
• Proficient in Event-Driven Architecture and AWS Cloud environments
• Experience in managing large-scale data migrations and system integrations
• Relevant Cloud (AWS) or Enterprise Architecture certifications (TOGAF or similar)

Responsibilities

• Act as the definitive internal lead on SBS/Sopra architecture
• Challenge and steer technical designs from third-party partners
• Own the end-to-end architectural lifecycle from initial build to release
• Drive the shift toward cloud-native, event-driven architectures
• Translate complex technical requirements into business-aligned roadmaps
