AI Enablement & Execution Leader (f/m/d)

Salary: £48,000 - 88,000 per year

• We want a first-principles operator who is comfortable challenging existing ways of working.
• We want someone technically credible who understands APIs, data models, integrations, and where LLMs add real value.
• We want someone commercially literate who can defend ROI and prioritise with a P&L mindset.
• We want a product-minded leader who thinks in opportunity cost, value creation, and value capture.
• We want someone AI-pragmatic who understands when to use AI, when traditional software is better, and how to combine them effectively.
• We want a change leader who understands that adoption is a behavioural problem, not just a technical one.

Responsibilities

• We will expect you to run the Superhuman programme and build our Company Brain.
• We will expect you to hunt friction across the company and challenge workflows, systems, and operating assumptions.
• We will expect you to deliver workflows into production rather than only producing plans or roadmaps.
• We will expect you to build our operating system through reusable workflows, integrations, knowledge, and decision systems.
• We will expect you to hire and build a squad of engineers, automation specialists, and other needed roles.
• We will expect you to make disciplined build-versus-buy decisions using tools like Make.com, Retool, n8n, and Zapier when appropriate.
• We will expect you to ensure every automated workflow leaves the organisation smarter by depositing knowledge.
• We will expect you to treat our staff as customers and drive adoption as a key KPI.
• We will expect you to measure success through operational outcomes, hours saved, output increased, and faster onboarding and decision-making.
