Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• 5 years experience working with ERP systems in a customer-facing role
• Strong ability to explain complex systems in an accessible way
• Proven track record in driving customer success and satisfaction
• Ability to spot patterns in data and convert them into actionable insights
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a natural ability to gain trust
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites nationwide
• Comfortable attending the office in Nottingham during the probation period before transitioning to a flexible work model

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new SMB customers both remotely and on-site
• Deliver engaging training sessions (live, recorded, and in-person) that resonate with users
• Regularly travel to customer sites nationwide to build relationships and understand their workflows
• Analyze usage data to identify gaps, opportunities, and potential risks
• Advise customers on smarter workflows and optimal use of the ERP system
• Build real relationships that foster genuine appreciation from customers
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to share insights and suggestions
