D365 Quality Assurance Manager

Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Manager / Lead within a Microsoft Partner or end-user
• Hands-on QA background in D365 CE or D365 BC (must have one)
• Strong understanding of Dynamics implementations, integrations, and customization cycles
• Experience setting up QA processes from scratch
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and modern QA tooling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, delivery-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the QA function for D365 CE & BC programmes
• Define QA frameworks, governance, and automation strategy
• Implement scalable testing processes across multiple customer projects
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and PMs
• Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and release quality
• Select and implement the right tooling for Dynamics testing
• Mentor and grow a high-performing QA team as the practice scales
