Salary: £31,400 - 42,500 per year

Requirements

• Previous experience in an IT Service Desk, Helpdesk or Desktop Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and end-user devices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience working with ITSM tools and incident management processes.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree, IT qualification, or equivalent commercial experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, self-service portal, and in person.
• Log, prioritise, and manage incidents and service requests within the ITSM system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues.
• Escalate complex incidents where required and keep users informed throughout.
• Work closely with wider IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support users within a global, highly virtualised environment.
• Participate in an out-of-hours support rota.
