Requirements

• Experience in an IT support or Helpdesk environment
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking basics, and Microsoft Office
• Experience resolving common hardware and basic software issues
• Clear communicator with technical and non-technical users
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
• Team player, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Motivated to learn and grow technically

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, and in person
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, application, and connectivity issues
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi
• Escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous IT improvements
