Head of Business Intelligence

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within FinTech or HealthTech
• Strong understanding of data security regulations (GDPR/UK GDPR)
• Experience with modern data stacks (Airflow, Fivetran, Python)
• Ability to mentor and manage a team of analysts
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with scalable data architectures (Snowflake/Redshift)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global data roadmap that supports international expansion
• Mentor two internal analysts and manage external vendors for project success
• Serve as the primary interface for data, translating technical data insights into business strategy
• Drive the transition to a scalable data architecture and manage system integrations
• Analyze key metrics like churn, lifetime value, and patient wellness to inform business decisions
