WMS Product Manager

Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year

Requirements

• We require product management or strong product owner experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within a food or retail environment.
• We require hands-on experience with JDA Dispatcher or RedPrairie WMS.
• We require proven experience delivering system-wide continuous improvement across multiple sites or environments.
• We require experience working with offshore teams.
• We value the ability to work in a remote setting with occasional travel to sites across the UK.
• We are looking for someone who can work inside IR35 via umbrella on a 9-month initial contract.

Responsibilities

• We own the product roadmap and backlog for our current RedPrairie/JDA Dispatcher WMS.
• We align priorities to measurable operational outcomes.
• We drive continuous improvement initiatives by piloting changes at one site and rolling them out across approximately 14 UK sites.
• We partner with stakeholders across logistics and warehouse operations to translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritised delivery.
• We collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams to deliver product enhancements.
• We focus on improving operational efficiency, reducing cost to serve, and strengthening warehouse and supply chain performance.
