Requirements

• Previous experience within IT Support
• Experience providing 1st line / Service Desk support in a Windows / Microsoft environment
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Outlook, MS Teams, and Active Directory
• Experience with telephony support
• Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system
• Good customer service skills
• Experience with iManage or Bomgar is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite 1st line support in a Microsoft environment
• Deliver additional BAU support to our Service Desk
• Triaging tickets and escalating to relevant teams where necessary
• Support users through a mix of remote and deskside support, including working on a tech bar
• Deliver excellent customer service

We are a leading organisation within the legal sector, and we are looking for a 1st Line Support contractor to join our team on a 6-month contract. This is a hybrid role based in Liverpool, with one day per week onsite. The position is inside IR35, offers a rate of £140 to £155 per day, and requires 37.5 hours per week সোমবার to Friday.
