Support Engineer, O365 Azure

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years experience.
• Minimum O365, admin, Entra/Azure/Active Directory experience.
• A full driving licence and car ownership are essential.
• Clear, positive, and enthusiastic communication skills.
• Ability to work in a small team environment and support all levels of BAU technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day BAU user support, including desktop support.
• Support office-based, factory-based, warehouse-based, and remote users.
• Install, configure, support, troubleshoot, and administer desktop PCs, printers, scanners, IP phones, mobile devices, and related IT equipment.
• Assist in the delivery of key IT projects across the business.
