Responsibilities

• We will ask you to own our TechOps roadmap with our Technology Director and help define internal tech strategy.
• We will rely on you to manage and improve our SaaS stack and ensure our tools and hardware support business growth.
• You will own the user lifecycle across all systems, making sure colleagues have the right access from day one.
• You will maintain a secure and frictionless permissions structure across our platforms.
• You will identify opportunities to automate processes and use AI to remove manual work.
• You will lead our relationship with our MSP and help ensure high-quality support for our physical networks and hardware.
• You will support our team by creating clear documentation and training colleagues to use tools effectively and safely.
• You will oversee the hardware lifecycle for our Windows laptop fleet, ensuring devices remain healthy, secure, and fit for purpose.
• You will act as the go-to expert for improving how we work with the tools we use.
