Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for a Microsoft Cloud specialist with advanced expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, and virtualised environments.
• We need someone with strong experience in cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and support.
• We require knowledge of SharePoint Online, disaster recovery solutions, and remote access VPNs.
• We are seeking experience managing network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, and firewalls.
• We value the ability to handle complex escalations from 2nd line support.
• We want someone who can lead projects and mentor technical team members.
• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment is highly desirable.
• A self-motivated professional with a passion for Azure and infrastructure is essential.

Responsibilities

• We design, implement, and support Azure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Online environments.
• We manage complex escalations from the 2nd line team.
• We oversee disaster recovery solutions and ensure resilience across our infrastructure.
• We manage network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, and firewalls.
• We implement and maintain remote access VPN solutions.
• We scope, quote, and deliver cloud-related projects to a high industry standard.
• We lead the implementation of new technologies, including Windows Server 2025 and Azure PowerApps and PowerBI projects.
• We mentor and oversee a Cyber Security Analyst and a Project Engineer.
• We work closely with our Head of Operations to deliver technical solutions and projects effectively.
• We help push the boundaries of our cybersecurity and cloud offerings while meeting SLAs.
