Responsibilities

• We will provide technical support by answering queries via phone, email, and self-service channels.
• We will support users remotely and aim to resolve issues at first contact whenever possible.
• We will maintain a high level of customer service for all support queries and follow service management principles.
• We will take ownership of user incidents and proactively address user issues.
• We will respond to user requests and help resolve hardware and software requirements.
• We will guide users in the use of IT equipment by providing advice and support.
• We will escalate more complex calls after capturing all relevant ticket information.
• We will work alongside colleagues and shadow experienced team members to develop our skills.
