• We require hands-on experience managing complex CRM data migrations within a financial services context.
• We require extensive experience leveraging Databricks for large-scale data processing, transformation, and migration.
• We require deep familiarity with modern data lake architectures, specifically Snowflake.
• We require advanced understanding of data migration protocols, ETL pipelines, and relevant data engineering libraries.
• We require experience leading complex data migration initiatives in a banking or financial services environment.
• We require the ability to work in a hybrid model in Central London, with 2 days per week onsite.
• We require availability for a 6-month contract.
• We require candidates to work inside IR35.

Responsibilities

• We define, present, and own the end-to-end data migration strategy, associated migration plans, and execution approaches for the T24-to-Data Hub and CRM transitions.
• We direct, mentor, and work alongside a dedicated execution team to ensure delivery milestones are met on time and within scope.
• We implement robust data migration protocols, ensuring data integrity and strict regulatory compliance.
• We oversee the mapping and movement of data from core banking databases into modern data lakes and financial data hubs.
• We present migration frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and progress reports to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• We support a complex digital transformation programme within our banking client environment.
• We coordinate with internal teams to ensure the migration delivery is aligned with business and regulatory needs.

We are supporting one of our banking clients on a complex digital transformation programme and are looking for a Senior Data Migration Lead to join us on a 6-month contract basis. This is a hybrid role based in Central London, with 2 days per week onsite, and is inside IR35. The work focuses on core banking migration, including T24-to-Data Hub and CRM transitions, with an emphasis on data integrity, compliance, and senior stakeholder engagement.
