Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• Passionate, curious, and self-starting individuals who love learning and getting hands-on.
• 7-10 years of experience preferred; however, strong mid-level candidates with around 5 years will be considered if youre a quick learner.
• Deep experience in AL development and legacy NAV CAL.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, work with functional specifications, and effectively plan your workload.
• Solid understanding of source control, DevOps, and modern development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead development across multiple Business Central projects, including customizations, extensions, and upgrades.
• Build and maintain AL-based solutions, ensuring high standards for quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with three senior colleagues in an agile environment (three-week sprints!).
• Utilize Azure DevOps and source control for release management, CI/CD, and project organization.
• Assist with NAV to Business Central upgrades and enhance processes across the team.
• Occasionally work with .NET, React, TypeScript, or SQL as needed, while prioritizing AL and Business Central expertise.

This role offers a fully hybrid work environment—mostly remote, with Manchester office induction and occasional visits.
