Requirements

- We need eligibility for SC security clearance, which requires 5 years of continuous UK residency and 5 years of employment history or equivalent full-time education history.
- We need hands-on Product Management experience across both private and public sector environments.
- We need the ability to work in Agile delivery settings and across multiple concurrent client engagements.
Responsibilities
- We lead and deliver strategically significant, complex client engagements across our public sector portfolio.
- We own Product Management delivery for one or more client engagements and support wider account delivery where appropriate.
- We work with user researchers, service designers, business analysts, data analysts, and client product owners to improve user and business outcomes.
- We create product visions and help translate them into UX strategies and effective end-to-end journeys across app and web.
- We oversee hands-on delivery of product improvements, balancing immediate delivery needs with continuous discovery and ideation.
- We coach, mentor, and develop team members, including giving detailed performance feedback.
- We build trusted advisor relationships with clients and help them understand their challenges.
- We oversee multiple concurrent client deliveries, maintaining quality and sharing best practice across engagements.
- We collaborate with account and industry teams to identify opportunities and develop client solutions.
- We assess project performance, quality-check Product Management deliverables, and help ensure client satisfaction.
- We contribute to business development, bids, and pre-sales activities.
- We support and oversee proposal submissions and relevant technical aspects.
- We carry out people management responsibilities, including performance reviews and professional development.
- We act as thought leaders within our company, our engagements, and the wider public sector.
