• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications
• Facilitate workshops to define and refine solution scope
• Map end-to-end user journeys and support UX improvements
• Analyse platform capability and identify enhancement opportunities
• Document processes, data flows, and system integrations
• Work closely with product, technical teams, and delivery squads
• Support backlog refinement and agile ceremonies

You will join a high-impact digital transformation programme focused on shaping platform enhancements that improve customer and operational digital services.
