ICT End User Services Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong background in ICT support and services
• Experience with Desktop Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
• Proficiency in mobile management (Android) through MDM (Intune)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows administration tools
• Understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Nutanix (Acropolis)
• Experience with remote access systems like TeamViewer
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to travel regularly between locations

Responsibilities

• Support internal customers to maximize the use of technology
• Deliver high-quality ICT Service Desk experiences
• Implement new technologies and improve ways of working within the organization
• Provide proactive maintenance to ensure our technology remains in excellent condition
• Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Work within the extended Leicestershire ICT Partnership (LICTP) which may require travel between sites
