Release Manager / Environment & Release Lead

Salary: £114,793 - 114,793 per year

Requirements

• We require active SC clearance.
• We require experience in release management and environment management.
• We require a strong Salesforce delivery background.
• We require hands-on DevOps and CI/CD experience.
• We require experience with tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Experience with MuleSoft and/or Heroku is beneficial.
• We require strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• We require Agile delivery experience.
• We are looking for someone who is available immediately.
• We prefer candidates with experience in complex Salesforce release environments within secure or regulated projects.

• We work closely with development, QA, and operations teams.
• We support Salesforce environment management and release delivery.

We are offering an initial 1 to 3 month contract for an experienced Release Manager / Environment & Release Lead. The role is based in Belfast with remote working and occasional onsite presence. This is an inside IR35 position with a rate of £450 per day. We need someone to start immediately and support a short-term Salesforce-focused engagement across environment management, release delivery, and deployment coordination.
