D365 Business Systems Manager

Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Essential knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Preferably knowledge of MECOMS/MEEP modules in D365
• Azure cloud platform experience
• Understanding of integrating CRM to multiple back office systems is desirable
• Hands-on experience in technical business solutions design and implementation
• Experience in supply chain management and software development
• Understanding of strategic IT solutions
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Admin Centre to support IT Team
• Over 5 years of industry experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience
• Knowledge of best practices for scalability, availability, backup, and disaster recovery
• Problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities

• Create technical specifications and architecture diagrams
• Develop architecture standards, policies, and guidelines aligned with business goals
• Work with the IT team to design functional technology solutions and necessary integration
• Oversee development, configuration, automation, and DevOps processes
• Provide technical support to software development teams
• Communicate system requirements to external partners and development teams
• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
• Oversee supply chain and vendor management
