Salary: £25,000 - 65,000 per year

Responsibilities

• We will expect you to implement, manage, and optimise our Microsoft 365 solutions.
• We will expect you to contribute to, evolve, and execute our M365 deployment strategy in alignment with our organisational goals and objectives.
• We will expect you to install, configure, and maintain M365 applications to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• We will expect you to ensure our M365 services meet our security standards and comply with relevant regulations and policies.
• We will expect you to provide expert support to colleagues and deliver training sessions to maximise adoption and effective use of M365 tools.
• We will expect you to resolve M365 issues in a timely and effective manner, including project-related issues and escalations from our Group IT Service Desk.
• We will expect you to stay up to date with the latest M365 technologies and identify opportunities to use them for our organisational benefit.
• We will expect you to take a consultative and collaborative approach to meeting business requirements.
• We will expect you to develop and deliver application, integration, and automation solutions that improve efficiency and support other systems.
