Application Support Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong SQL and SQL Server experience
• Proven background in Application Support or similar support-focused role
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience working with legacy systems and low-documentation environments
• Ability to manage and deliver change requests
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and demonstrating systems
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues across a range of applications
• Work on change requests and system improvements
• Support the rollout and demonstration of new or updated systems
• Participate in due diligence activities for onboarding or transition phases
• Investigate and reverse engineer systems to understand their functionality
• Manage various support-related tasks in a hybrid working environment
