Salary: £30,000 - 36,000 per year

• We require experience with SCCM imaging and deployments.
• We require support experience across enterprise x64 hardware environments.
• We require experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops and desktops.
• We require experience using IT ticketing systems.
• We require experience supporting AV and meeting room equipment.
• We require experience in high-volume support environments.
• We require strong hardware diagnostics knowledge, including BIOS, drivers, and device repairs.
• We require experience with user onboarding and offboarding.
• We require excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• We provide onsite technical support within a busy corporate environment.
• We deliver face-to-face and remote support to end users.
• We act as a key point of contact for IT issues.
• We support Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, and Outlook.
• We manage support for enterprise x64 hardware.
• We build, troubleshoot, and repair laptops and desktops.
• We use IT ticketing systems to track and resolve issues.
• We support AV and meeting room systems.
• We carry out hardware diagnostics and assist with BIOS, drivers, and device repairs.
• We support onboarding and offboarding of users.
