MRI Implementation Lead

Salary: £100,800 - 126,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering MRI Housing / Asset Management system implementations
• Strong background in project or programme management within social housing or local government
• Ability to drive progress, challenge constructively, and lead delivery autonomously
• Experience with Orchard/Horizon modules is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead the MRI implementation programme across Asset and Enterprise modules
• Oversee programme planning, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Chair weekly project meetings with internal and external stakeholders and drive actions forward
• Manage the risk register, escalate key issues, and mitigate delays
• Create and maintain programme plans, action logs, and documentation
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure delivery
• Support process mapping and system integration aligned to our council processes
• Oversee data strategy, reporting, and QA processes
• Manage budget oversight and contract variations
• Act as the key interface between our organisation and MRI

We are supporting a large public sector organisation with the appointment of an experienced MRI Project Manager to lead the ongoing implementation of our Housing Asset Management system. This is a critical part-time remote contract role, working two days per week on an initial 9 to 12 month basis.
